Methodology artifacts, insights articles, and other materials published on this Site are made available for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, or engagement-specific advice. Vardr engagements are governed exclusively by an executed statement of work.

Intellectual property

Vardr publishes its methodology in the open. You may reference and cite the Vardr Agentic Maturity Model, the Modernization Readiness Assessment, and the Reference Architecture, including in procurement materials, with attribution to “Vardr Partners” and a link to vardrpartners.com. You may not represent the Vardr methodology as your own work product.

Submissions

Information you submit through the briefing request form will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Do not submit confidential or classified information through the public form; reach out by email or via a signed NDA for any sensitive context.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vardr disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
